J'SRACINGならではのフルストレート構造はそのままに、ステンレスとチタンテールを組み合わせたプレミアムセミチタンマフラーです。
メインパイプ、サイレンサーは高品質SUS304素材を使用し、溶接部分は全て手作業によるTIG溶接。テールパイプにはチタン素材を採用しFX-PROフルチタンマフラー同様のカットベンド・ドルフィンテールを奢っています。
1つ1つのマフラーが全て職人の手によって丁寧に仕上げられ、クオリティにこだわった珠玉のマフラーです。
メインパイプ口径を60φとすることで、低回転域を犠牲にせずに中高回転域を重視した特性となっています。そしてトルクアップによりスロットルレスポンスが向上するので、街乗りでもVTECエンジンを気持ちよく感じることができます。
高回転まで回すとステンレス特有の伸びやかな高音が楽しめ、サーキットでは鋭いサウンドが高揚感を高めます。
VTEC搭載車はハイカムへ切り替わる瞬間、弾けるようなサウンドが響きます！
メインパイプは厚さ1.2mm、サイレンサーは1.0mmのSUS304ステンレスを使用。更に極限まで薄くしたフランジを使用し、限界まで軽量化することでスポーツ走行時の運動性能をさらに向上させ、パワーアップとともに車のポテンシャルを飛躍的にアップさせることができます。

A premium exhaust system combining stainless steel with a titanium tail
This premium semi-titanium muffler combines stainless steel with a titanium tail while retaining J’S RACING’s signature full straight-through structure.
The main pipe and silencer are made from high-quality SUS304 stainless steel, and all welds are hand-finished using TIG welding. The tail pipe is made of titanium and features the same cut-bend dolphin tail design used on the FX-PRO full titanium exhaust.
Each muffler is carefully handcrafted by skilled craftsmen, resulting in an exhaust system with exceptional quality and attention to detail.
By adopting a 60 mm main pipe diameter, this exhaust emphasizes mid- to high-RPM performance without sacrificing low-RPM response. Increased torque improves throttle response, allowing the VTEC engine to feel responsive and enjoyable even during daily driving.
At high RPM, the exhaust delivers a smooth, high-pitched stainless steel tone, while on the circuit it produces a sharp, aggressive sound that heightens driving excitement.
On VTEC-equipped vehicles, the moment the engine switches to the high cam is accompanied by an explosive, exhilarating exhaust note.
The main pipe uses 1.2 mm-thick SUS304 stainless steel, and the silencer uses 1.0 mm-thick SUS304. Ultra-thin flanges are used to reduce weight to the absolute limit, further enhancing handling performance during sporty driving while significantly increasing overall vehicle potential along with power gains.
