・双葉社より発行された、【初版本】となります。

・背表紙下ピンクの「双葉社」の部分にのみ日焼け（退色）が見受けられますが（画像参照）、それ以外の部分は年代物としては非常に状態が良い美品です。

・長期保存のため、通常のグラシン紙よりもさらに高保存性質を持つ「ニュートラルグラシン紙（中性紙）」にて丁寧に保護しております。

This is a highly collectible First Edition strategy guide published by Futabasha.
There appears to be some sun-fading specifically on the pink "Futabasha" text at the bottom of the spine. However, the rest of the book is in very good condition.
Collector’s Note: To ensure top-tier, long-term preservation, the book is carefully protected with acid-free neutral glassine paper, which offers superior archival qualities compared to standard glassine.

・カセット裏のラベルに黄ばみが出てきておりますが、全体的に並の中古品レベルの状態は保っております。

・実機にてタイトル画面からゲームプレイまで、正常に動作することを確認済みです。
