・Shiro Nagura
The Mikawa White Whetstone, also known as Shiro Nagura, is a natural whetstone originally quarried in Aichi Prefecture, Japan. Although the mine is now closed, this stone was once widely available and popular in many sharpening tool shops across Japan. Today, remaining stock is scarce, making it increasingly difficult to obtain. Due to its rarity, the price has risen sharply in recent years.

This stone is known for its excellent abrasive power and finer particle size compared to stones like the Tsushima whetstone, making it suitable even as a finishing stone for light sharpening tasks. However, please note that Mikawa White stones may contain sand particles within the stone. If you encounter sand while sharpening, it is recommended to gently remove it using a screwdriver or similar tool before continuing use.

三河白名倉砥石，也被称 (Shiro Nagura)，是一原于日本知的天然磨刀石。然原已，但砥石曾广泛流通于日本各地的研磨工具店。如今，由于源枯竭，存稀少，价格也在近年来大幅上。

砥石以其出色的研磨力和比砥石更的粒感而名，非常合用于度研磨的精磨工序。

需要特注意的是：三河白名倉中可能含有天然沙粒。若在使用程中粒感，使用螺刀等工具小心将沙粒挑出，再使用，以免刀具或砥石本身。
