This is a card of John Britton from the Hankyu Braves from 1952 to 1953.
It is a caramel card from when Calbee was trying to change its name from Matsuo Ryoshoku to Calbee.
The front is white with 'Calbee Caramel' on it, so it is Type 2.
The back has a lot of variations, but this one has a pure wool men's swimming trunks in the prize section on the lower left in four quadrants.
The condition is not bad and there is no significant damage,
but please judge by the photo.
If you win the auction, please make your payment or contact us within 24 hours.
Please note that it is NCNR (No Claims, No Returns).
Swallows pitcher Kaneda is Masaichi Kaneda. He is a legendary pitcher with a total of 400 wins. The front has white strip "Calbee Caramel", so it's Type 2. There are many variations on the back, but this is the type that has pure wool men's swimming pants in the prize column at the bottom left of the quarter. The condition is not bad, but there is a crease in the upper left corner that cannot be seen in the image. Since it is an old item, please use NCNR.
