1952年 カルビーキャラメルカード tall版 のヘルシンキオリンピックキャンペーンの千葉茂です。
通常のカードは，裏は青いインキで印刷されていますが，これは灰色のインキで印刷されています。
その上から，赤いインクで加刷されています。
加刷の内容は，
『７月１９日より，ヘルシンキオリンピック大会開催を記念して野球チーム合わせ（かんとく）を二倍に多く入れます』
とあります。
この内容から，
①７月１９日にはこのカードが発行されていたこと。
②監督のカードが少ないこと
③監督のカードが少ないことを，消費者はすでに知っているということ
などが分かります。
また，おそらくヘルシンキオリンピックの期間を含めて短い期間だけ発行されたと考えられます。
状態は，この時代のものとしてはいい方だと思います。
右のエッジに１ｍｍ程度の裂け目があります。

This is Shigeru Chiba from the 1952 Calbee Caramel Card tall edition Helsinki Olympics campaign.
While the back of the regular card is printed in blue ink, this one is printed in gray.
It has been overprinted in red ink. The overprint reads,
"Breaking News :
Starting July 19th, we will be including twice as many manager cards to commemorate the Helsinki Olympics."
From this information, we can see that
1) this card was issued on July 19th,
2) there are few manager cards,
3) Consumers already know that manager cards are scarce.
This card was likely issued for a short period, including the time of the Helsinki Olympics.
The condition is good for something of this era.
There is a 1mm tear on the right edge.
