伝説の868本塁打王、王貞治選手のルーキー年1959年に発行の雑誌「漫画王」の応募プレゼント非売品の貴重なカード（しおり）です。

「漫画王」に付いていたバッジ券を送ると郵送でプレゼントされたバッジと一緒に送られた物で、封筒とチラシも付属します。（バッジは袋のみ）

印刷は特殊加工されています。赤色のボールとGの旗が凹凸加工されており、触れるとザラザラとしています。
しおりと言えども、他で王貞治ルーキーカードと言われる雑誌挟み込み付録ポストカードやメンコより、カードらしく高級感があります。

「漫画王」は1960年1月発売の2月号から誌名をひらがなの「まんが王」に変更しました。
カード裏に「漫画王」と掲載されているこの品は、1959年（ルーキー年）と確認することができます。

国内ショップや海外のヴィンテージ野球カードサイトなどで色々と調べましたが、掲載されておらず、極めて希少なルーキーカードの可能性があります。

60年以上前の品のため、微細な擦れなど経年劣化は見られますが、折れなどはなく良好な保存状態です。

This is an exceptionally rare collectible item: a card-style bookmarkc of Sadaharu Oh, issued in 1959 — his official rookie year — as part of a mail-in giveaway from the Japanese magazine Manga-Oh (漫画王). This item was not sold commercially.

The card was sent together with a badge (only the original badge bag is included) when readers mailed in a coupon attached to the magazine. The original envelope and promotional flyer from that time are also included, making this a historically valuable set.

The printing features a unique textured finish: the red ball and the flag with the "G" emblem are raised and rough to the touch, adding a premium tactile quality. Compared to other so-called "rookie cards" of Oh (such as magazine insert postcards or menko cards), this piece has a more card-like feel and higher visual impact.

Importantly, the magazine changed its name to the hiragana version まんが王 in the February 1960 issue (released in January 1960), so the back of this card — clearly marked with the original 漫画王 title — confirms that it was distributed in 1959, Oh’s rookie year.

After thorough research on Japanese shops and international vintage baseball card sites, we have found no references or listings of this item. This could be an undocumented rookie-era piece, likely unknown to many collectors.

Given that this item is over 60 years old, some natural aging (such as minor scuffs) is present, but overall it is in very good condition with no creases or major flaws.
