■ 個体解説 / Description

本個体は、斑紋形成メカニズムの研究過程で人工的に得られた個体であり、斑紋形成の途中段階の顕著な特徴を有する、資料的価値の極めて高い逸品です。 ※斑紋形成過程の詳細は、Amazonにて販売中の『蝶の斑紋形成の研究』第1巻・第2巻をぜひご覧ください。

表面 (Dorsal): 翅表全体にグリーンの鱗粉が散布されたグリーン系の美麗個体です。特に後翅中央帯のグリーンが濃く、さらに「弦月紋と中央帯の間に赤色部が現れる」という、通常ではまず見られない極めて珍しい表現型を示しています。
裏面 (Ventral): 黄色、赤、藤色の三色が織りなす非常に美しい色調です。斑紋形成過程の「Ⅰ群」に分類される初期段階の個体であり、その特徴として後翅の肛角紋が漆黒（真っ黒）である点、および前翅の斑紋発達が見られない点が挙げられます。

[English Description] This specimen was produced through artificial induction during research on wing pattern formation mechanisms. It is an exceptional item of extremely high academic and scientific value, exhibiting the distinct characteristics typical of early-stage pattern formation. Dorsal: A beautiful green-type individual with green scales scattered across the entire wing surface. The green of the hindwing median band is particularly intense. Notably, it displays an extremely rare phenotype where red appears between the lunules and the median band.
Ventral: The coloration is a stunning harmony of yellow, red, and wisteria-purple. This individual is classified as "Group I" in the pattern formation process. Its primitive characteristics include a completely black anal spot on the hindwing and undeveloped markings on the forewing.
